Fat loss is the current fad that has taken over the world, affecting people from every age group. The main reasons for this are the current unhealthy habits, owing to the increasing number of fast food outlets in every nook and corner of the city. This process is also accelerated due to the following of unhealthy lifestyle like smoking and drinking regularly, consumption of excessive salt and sugar and disrupted sleeping patterns, all of which lead to the increase in the fat content of the body.
Today almost 17.2% of the world population is suffering from obesity and most of them are teenagers who prefer eating junk foods rather than the healthy home-made food.
How does fat accumulate?
Fat accumulation follows a process affecting the face and the lower belly the most. They are the first to bulk-up and the last to lose fat. Face fat loss especially, is a difficult task and what makes the problem worse is that it cannot be hidden with any type of raiment, unlike the other body parts. The other body parts can be covered to conceal the layer of fat. A face is the first thing which a person notices and if you don’t have a chiseled jawline then even your lean body shape would not compensate for it.
The facial fat is stored below the layer of the skin and above the layer of facial muscles that allow different facial movements. This fat is stored in various pockets which are distributed all over the face. The more fat these pores store, the shaggier your face looks. Unhealthy habits cause these pockets to be filled up with fat and in worse cases, to be relocated leading to complete amorphousness of the face. An amorphous face is the last thing which you will want to have.
